How We’ll Work Together
In the first phase, you will gain clarity on your purpose and define what success means to you. I will help you identify your strengths and what you manifest in the world. Through foundational somatic and meditation practices, you will learn let go of past core beliefs and embody a commitment to growth and change.
The second phase is about understanding the power of emotions and your relationship to your own power. You will discover personal patterns and gain a clearer understanding of how you experience power (yours and others’) and how you can harness power. I will guide you in developing a strength-based plan, with coping skills to employ when you encounter adversity.
The third phase focuses on the ability to regulate your inner experience, regardless of what is happening in your environment. You will learn the 7 Cs of resilience and discover the meaning of resilience within the realm of self-empowerment. I will show you how to utilize social support and capitalize on strong communication skills.
With burgeoning self-confidence, you will emerge from “stuckness” to blossom in growth.
